Beach Front Property in Belize

flew down to Placencia, Belize for a weekend of Hashing, Sun, and fun!
These
pictures don't do it justice!!! ....my trusty old hash camera filled up with saltwater
the first day and I was reduced to throw aways
Anyway... you'll get the idea!

The run started down the beach at Placencia |
Then out to the back of the peninsula |
After about a mile of checking, we find a beer stop, but have to swim the canal to get there. |
Of course, Armadildo told everyone to "bring your camera"!!! ...which resulted in endless entertainment as some keep there's dry and some (Letch!) didn't |

Next the boats were off, and thru the mangroves! Cool! |

There was a short ride over to "Placencia Caye", a very small caye of mostly mangroves |
...and we were off for the 2nd half of the trail! |
Did anyone mention that mangroves can be thicker than Texas Shiggy?!

After about 20 minutes of mangroves, we had a few more canal crossings, lucky no crocs! LOOK!!! MR T. go all the way wet!!! |
The circle up was on yet another Caye, about a 20 minute boat ride away!!! Our own private island! |
