I fell on the Ho Chi Minh Trail on a Thursday run after a big rain. I was running with Jane Does and I slipped going down hill and I fell on a tree root. I was able to continue the run, but by the next day, the bruise was really showing up. It bleed so much internally, that … a few days later, the bottom of my foot turned black.
