Addendum from Halfmoon,

As you study the map above, imagine a beautiful sunny day, 70 degrees, deep blue skies, deep green shiggy, tall, thick, shady pine trees, cool knee deep (a 1/2 a Mouse Deep) creek crossings (see above), no civilians, and NO PAVEMENT! ....it was grand and glorious!
