Rules for the Flying I
There are no rules in hashing, but there are rules at the Flying I. Remember that this is a private residence and the owner is graciously letting us use his land for our fun. So please respect the following rules:
- No dogs. The ranch’s owner has cattle dogs and requests that hashers not bring their own dogs.
- Absolutely no admittance to any buildings on the ranch
- If you go through a cattle gate, please close and latch it behind you
- Please dispose of all litter, even the smallest items, in the trash boxes. Cattle will eat anything and your litter can kill them.
- Park vehicles only on the right side of the road as you drive inside the gate
- No campfires outside of the one designated campfire area or digging on the campground.
- Please take extreme care to hydrate well throughout the weekend & stay out of trouble if you don’t want to see the Sheriff
- Remember to bring proof of medical insurance in case you have to be taken to a medical facility.
Emergency Contact Info
Obviously, this is Just In Case, but here is the contact info for the closest emergency service personnel in case you get lost, are injured or do something dumb. Remember, you are 100% responsible for your own well-being at the campout.
