Hared by No Head T’night and Big Wet Hole
 
Everyone’s at TXIH!  Will anyone be in town to run the Sunday hash?  Will they drive all the way to the south side of Houston to run?  Hell yeah they will!  Close to 50 people showed up for a sunny day hash starting at Countryside Park on Bay Area Boulevard.
 
The freshly defloured hares proved that they could go it alone, and it was a fabulous trail!  We circled through the park and through some magnificent shiggy, crossing our first of several water crossings.  Pleather Balls will remember to be chivalrous next time…
 
The trail was a mix of suburban and shiggy.  About halfway through the run, the hares provided a beer check, and then on-on by the golf course. The climax, for those who didn’t p*$$y out and take the paved trail, was the part of the trail that took us in and out of the creek, wading t*t high on me in spots.  We were certain that Hooter Bill was high and dry on the paved walkway.
 
Trail led us back to the start for a creative A to A hash.  Soggy and muddy, we collected our hash bags and made ready for the circle.
 
The hares provided some delicious snacks, including a big pot of beans and rice, and an ice cold FOAMY keg of Shiner Bock.  Uber tap daddy, Lube Job, confessed that cleaning the tap was on his to do list, but it had yet to be cleaned.  Oooooh.
 
Butt Pirate served as our RA, and since it was an unusually quiet circle, he came up with half of the accusations. .. amusing as usual. 
 
The smokers have all of a sudden decided that it is perfectly acceptable to smoke in the circle, and Lorna Dunes called them out.  Thanks, Lorna!  Maybe next time, the RA will make them drink their ashes out of a full beer.
 
Gladly, the hares decided to have an on-on-on at Dempsey’s Irish Bar on FM 518.  For a Sunday, Dempsey’s was a lively little spot, complete with a live band and crawfish.
